While Kyle was a student, and I always appreciated his southern charm. I enjoyed how funny Kyle was--he would have us laughing until we cried, always in a wholesome, brilliant kind of way.
He demonstrated wonderful character. He was trustworthy, loved God, was good to others, and was a lot of fun.
One of my favorite memories is from the summer that Kyle lived in Three hills with my now-husband, Dennis. I remember him in overalls with no shirt, playing some kind of music and singing (maybe with a banjo?!?), to their illegal backyard chickens. He claimed that they laid more eggs when he sang to them.
God's timing is impossible to understand, and Kyle's passing is hard to imagine. In my mind I see his huge grin and how full of life he always was -- now in Heaven, that life is even fuller.
Good Words Hannah, I completely agree.
