I met Kyle when he started the aviation program at Prairie College. He was assigned to me as my first flight student. I taught him through his Private Pilot License. He was a JOY to teach. He had a great work ethic which made teaching him so easy:) His love for the Lord was so evident! He genuinely cared for people in a gentle and honest way. He was so fun and his presence would light up a room. During the training, I had been pushing him hard because he was advancing so quickly, but I remember one day he came in and chatted with me. He wanted to slow down his training because he just started seeing a girl who he was quite fond of and wanted to spend more of his time with her. So we slowed down..and not too much time later, he married this girl - his love- Vanessa❤️
Kyle was always willing to lend a hand. I ran flight camps during that time and Kyle was someone I could trust to organize and get things done. He was someone you always wanted on your team.
Kyle will never be forgotten. He lived life so fully and his joy, kindness, and genuine care for others will be his legacy in our lives. He was an absolute gem and I am so grateful I got to know him during his time here.
